Cyclone Pneumatic Shakers

Broncorp Manufacturing Company is located in Denver, CO.  The three original owners realized the need for a safer, spark free shaker in the automotive body shops and in 1982 set out to design one.  A pneumatic (air driven) paint shaker was designed and after three and a half years and numerous prototypes, the Cyclone Paint Shaker was presented in the market place.  The shaker and patents were sold to E.I. du Pont in the late 80’s.  DuPont in turn sold the Cyclone to Dedoes Industries in 1997.  After over 30 years, the Cyclone shaker still remains one of the best pneumatic paint shakers on the market.  It carries an unsurpassed 3 year parts and labor limited warranty.

Broncorp Manufacturing Company, Inc.

Broncorp is a Colorado owned business launched as a partnership in 1982. The initial mission was to design, engineer and manufacture pneumatic paint shakers for hazardous environments primarily in the automotive industry. Since then, the Cyclone shakers have been used in laboratories to test products, in the aviation industry and in Navies throughout the world.

In 1987, E. I. du Pont purchased the shaker patents which were later sold to Dedoes Industries. To this day, Broncorp continues to manufacture the Cyclone shakers.

The Cyclone Paint Shaker comes with a three (3) year parts and labor limited warranty that is unsurpassed in the industry. There are Cyclone shakers that have been successfully operating in the field for over 30 years.

In addition to manufacturing the Cyclone Paint Shaker, Broncorp’s service division, Insight Performance Group, offers specialty pad printing and contract assembly services to our clients.

FEATURES: 

Operating pressure ranges from 90 to 130 psi at inlet fitting. Tough A383 aluminum housing, jaws and handle. Optional pedestal with built-in condensation drain trap that can be bolted to a wheel and tire, or to the floor without disassembly.

BENEFITS:

Mixes paint, primer-surfacers and fillers in 60-90 seconds. The shaker is compact and saves shop space.  Only 8” W x 10.5” D x 14” H (45” H with pedestal). Air consumption only 4.3 CFM free air continuous, about the same as a 3/8” air ratchet (avg.)
